These Terms and conditions apply to the use of mykroom.com. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you should stop using the website immediately.
Purchase of goods: All orders should be placed through our online checkout system. Goods that have been added to the basket can be processed for payment and dispatch.
By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions. This will create a binding contract between the customer and mykroom.com.
When an order has been placed, you should receive an email containing details of price, quantity, postage cost.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Product inaccuracies: Each product has been carefully photographed and described. However, we cannot guarantee that this information will correspond exactly to the received physical goods. Product information should only be taken for guidance purposes and is not binding. Colors may appear differently on certain screens and in real life or when printed. For handmade goods there may be slight size and form differences.
Made to order goods: Made to order means, the item will be created and shipped within 6-8 working days.
Returns and Refunds: We hope you love your order, but if you do need to return, we allow 14 days for you to return your items in the EU. Outside of the EU no returns are possible.
The 14 days period starts from the day delivery is made to your nominated delivery address. When returning, items must be unused, if we receive damaged items, we have the right to refuse a refund.
How to formally request a return? Please contact us using the contact form on this website. Choose subject returns and fill out the message (name, email, message). Please specify the order number in the message. After receiving your message we will contact you in 1 to 3 working days.
In the event of a damaged or defective item, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and take photos of the damage or defect so that we can assist you promptly.
- Shipping: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
