Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirming the order details, including price, quantity, postage cost, and other relevant information.

Product inaccuracies: Each product has been carefully photographed and described. However, we cannot guarantee that this information will correspond exactly to the received physical goods. Product information should only be taken for guidance purposes and is not binding. Colors may appear differently on certain screens and in real life or when printed. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in size, shape, and color are possible.

Made to order goods: Made-to-order items will be created and shipped within the timeframe specified in the product description.

Returns and Refunds: We hope you love your order, but if you do need to return:

EU Customers: You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your item(s).
Non-EU Customers: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns outside the EU.

When returning, items must be unused, if we receive damaged items, we have the right to refuse a refund. 

How to formally request a return? Please contact us using the contact form on this website. Choose subject returns and fill out the message (name, email, message). Please specify the order number in the message. After receiving your message we will contact you in 1 to 3 working days.

Important: For returns, items must be unused and in their original condition. If we receive returned items that are damaged or used, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

In the event of a damaged or defective item, we will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and take photos of the damage or defect so that we can assist you promptly.
